Mi madre compro un vuelo de ida y vuelta y pago 2 equipajes uno de 10 y otro de 23 kg.Ahora tiene que comprar un equipaje extra y intenta hacer on-line y al introducir el número de reserva dicen q no está valido y no hay manera de conseguir hablar con algún agente porque llamando en los números de teléfono q nos dan dicen q la oficina está cerrada o solamente no nos contestan...donde está la atención de cliente en la línea para poder solucionar el problema....un gran disgusto y en futuro pensaré comprar aquí..
