Se cancela el vuelo de Punta Cana a Barcelona y no toman ninguna responsabilidad. En resumen me robaron dinero del vuelo cancelado, es una plataforma corrupta.

This company is totally unacceptable and not trustworthy whatsoever. I had my flights cancelled one year ago (April 2020) due to the pandemic and this agency has confirmed receiving my refund from the airlines, however I am still waiting for my refund of 595 euros. Their answers are always templates and for one year they are replying the same. `Soon you will receive your refund` It`s obviously a big scam.

He solicitado un rembolso por cancelación (COVID) a través de la agencia de viajes que me gestionó el billete y casi un año después no he recibido respuesta de la compañía y mucho menos el rembolso.
