How refund is made
To make a refund, you need to apply for refund in "My Account" by filling the application fields and attaching the required documents.
The amount will be refunded to the credit/debit card.
If you paid for the booking to Travelfrom.es, the funds will be returned within 5–10 business days after refund application.
If you made a direct payment to the airline company, the money will be returned to your card within 10–60 business days after refund application. The decision about refund is taken exclusively by the airline company.
