When you book a round-trip flight, you may be offered a per segment ticketing option. That is, the order will be issued not as a single e-ticket but as several ones. Therefore, you will receive an email with two e-tickets for each passenger, and either ticket may belong to different airline companies. Thus, the conditions of carriage, return and the like may differ substantially.

Peculiarities of the per segment ticketing

1. The conditions of baggage and animal transportation are applied to each carrier separately.
2. In the event that you apply for reservation changes or refund, the fair rules will be applied to each ticket separately.
3. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of flight, the carrier will offer you an alternative flight option or a refund only of those flights which are contained in the same ticket.
4. In the event that you request a flight refund or changes for the reason of sickness, visa denial, sickness or death of a close family relation, the documents which confirm the cause of the application will be considered for each e-ticket separately.
